Sales Analyst for Mauritius & Sales Assistant for the French & Benelux market
- Hôtellerie - Restauration Having been under a Management training within the group Marriott International Hotels and Resorts, I was working as a Sales Analyst for Mauritius and Sales Assistant for the French and Benelux market our 3 beautiful resorts namely ; The St Regis Mauritius a 5* Luxury hotel , The Westin Turtle Bay Balaclava a 5*hotel and Le Meridien Mauritius a 4* hotel.
Since the beginning, I was given considerable responsibilities by my department leaders such as ;
. Making weekly Benchmarking analysis
. Comparing our 3 hotel’s rates positioning VS all our direct competitors and make strategic decisions accordingly
. Create / Modidy offers based on Benchmark analysis
. Analyse monthly market share per market in terms of room nights production, number of guest's arrival on a specific period of time ...
. Being in touch with all our partners (Tour Operators, DMC, Travel Agencies…)
. Creating special offers/ flash sales (depending on the seasonality)
. Analyse weekly / monthly / yearly specific market's production, to see where we stand vs the budget / forecast / last year production
. Visiting local partner, DMC etc
. Weekly analasis and monitoring of our partner's production in term of room night
. Working with the close collaboration of the Revenue department by making weekly Pace and Booking analysis incuding ADR/REVPAR/RR analysis
