Hi there, I'm Shelby, and from an early age I've always been an incredibly independent individual and followed my own path. I discovered my love for all things media based when I was in High School, and found I was extremely interested in the inner workings of the industry, which led me to where I am today which is completing my final year of Advertising and Brand Management at Manchester Metropolitan University.

This role involves customer service and sales, ensuring customers leave the store satisfied with their purchases and tailoring each customers' wants and needs to their perfect product. It also includes responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, cashing up the tills, and ensuring all tasks are completed by the end of the day. I have previously helped in training multiple members of staff, and recently won Employee of the Month for my great customer service skills. I also help to run the stores social media platforms in order to promote products and promotions.
