• Completing and filing paperwork at the end of each shift
• Training and supervising junior staff and delegate work as required
• Conducting market research to aid business development
• Visual merchandising attracting more customers and maximise sales
• Managing and maintaining stock levels through Oxfam’s stock processing systems
• Undertake retail and customer service activities to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
