- Administration I was given the opportunity to work on a 6 month ILM work placement, which was extended beyond its original finishing date. I was trained in all aspects of general administration, which included meeting and greeting customers and clients, taking and re directing phone calls and logging the driver’s day sheets from the previous day onto an Excel spreadsheet. I prepared the invoices for customers, recording the collection and delivery on SFM note pads for the driver.
