I am an organised and independent student who can manage time effectively. I'm a confident, approachable and mature person, that can work well under pressure.
The Young Enterprise scheme was set up to help young people create a business and embark on a journey, learning valuable life skills. During the scheme, I undertook the role of operations manager which invloved overseeing production of goods and effectively manage a small team. I have also worked with the finance director to plan and create the items to sell. This involved negotiating with the technology department at school to purchase some equipment from them, with the intention to cover the costs with the net profit.
