Junior hairdresser
- Design / UX / UI My role in this job was to meet and greet clients and give them a warm welcome. I also had to make bookings reschedule appointments and make cancellations. I had to be very polite and pleasant whilest dealing with customers face to face or via the telephone. Everyday of the week the salon was very busy so I had to be fast on my feet and completely organised. I had to make sacrifices be a team player and take my share of long shifts that would be a 9am start and 8pm finish. I would also write down orders and check all the stock very carefully to make sure we had the supplies that were needed. I had to be 100% focused and responsible to make sure everything was in place and running smoothly. Throughout the full day I would go round and clean the salon and make sure it is representable for all customers to feel welcome in the environment. Dealt with all complaints in a gracious manner and reassured the client I would do my best to fix the problem. offerd tea and coffee to all clients.
